Prabhu Bank distributing 16% bonus directly into Demat account; Urges shareholders to dematerialize their shares

Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) had approved 16% bonus shares from its 18th AGM held on Mangsir 06, 2076. The shares have been listed in NEPSE.
The bank has published a notice stating that it will be distributing the shares directly to the demat account of the shareholders and therefore has urged the shareholders to update their Demat account and dematerialize their shares if they haven't yet.
