Pokhara Finance distributing dividend directly to respective bank accounts of shareholders

Pokhara Finance (PFL) had approved 7.20% cash dividend for its shareholders including tax amount from the 23rd AGM held on Poush 18, 2076.
The bank has published a notice today stating that shareholders maintained till Poush 03, 2076 will be received the dividend directly in their bank account. Therefore, shareholders who haven't yet dematerialized their shares or haven't updated their bank information in Demat account are requested to do so in order to receive the dividend.
