Pokhara Finance Distributed 4% Bonus Shares to Demat Accounts

Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL) has distributed 4% bonus shares directly to the DEMAT account of its shareholders respectively and urged them to dematerialize their shares.

The company convened its 26th AGM on 30th Poush and endorsed a dividend of 4.21% for FY 2078/79. The 512th meeting of the Board of Directors decided to distribute a dividend of 4.21% on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.04 Arba. A 4% bonus dividend worth Rs. 4.16 Crores and a 0.21% Cash Dividend (tax purpose) worth Rs. 21.85 Lakhs were proposed. Note that the bonus shares are already listed in NEPSE.

Shareholders will have to dematerialize their shares at Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
