Peoples Power to convene second and third AGM on Bhadra 27, 2076; company to soon issue IPO

The BOD meeting of Peoples Power Limited held on 26th Shrawan, 2076 has decided that the 2nd and 3rd AGM of the company will be held on 27th Bhadra, 2076 at the registered office of the company, Kamaladi from 11 Am onwards.
The agenda of the AGM is to endorse the audited financial highlights of FY 74/75 and FY 75/76 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77. The agenda includes the endorsement of decision to issue IPO and to apply for approval.
