Paschimanchal Bikas Bank to distribute 10% bonus share certificate from Falgun 27

Paschimanchal Bikas Bank Limited (PDBL) is distributing 10% bonus share certificate to its shareholders from 27^th Falgun, 2072. Paschimanchal Bikas Bank’s 13th AGM held on Poush 29 had endorsed 10 percent bonus share and 10.53 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM on Friday at Growmore Merchant Banker Limited, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu. Paschimanchal Bikas Bank had earned a net profit of Rs 6.94 crore in the fourth quarter fiscal year 2071/72. Notes:

1. Shareholders have to bring original or Photocopy of share certificate along with citizenship certificate.
2. Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the bonus share themselves.
3. The signature in the letter of authorization must match the signature in the company’s record.
