Panchthar Power Company Announces 7% Cash Dividend for FY 2078/079

Panchthar Power Company Limited (PPCL) has proposed a 7% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

The company's meeting of the board held on 22nd Mangsir 2079, has proposed a 7% cash dividend from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 96.25 Crores. A 7% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 67,375,000 has been proposed.

This is the first-ever dividend proposed by the company which will be distributed only after endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
