Panchakanya Mai IPO to be allotted tomorrow; 100,100 applicants to receive the 10 shares each

The Initial Public Offering of Panchakanya Mai Hydropower is to be allotted on Shrawan 11, 2075 i.e. tomorrow. As per the information received its issue manager, the allotment is set to be allotted in Friday. The IPO allotment will be made at 10AM in the premises of Sunrise Capital Limited, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu.

More than 1.50 lakh applicants have applied for more than 1 crore unit shares. However, the issue is only of 10,01,000 units for the general public. So, only 1,00,100 applicants will receive 10 units of shares each.

The issue was open from Shrawan 01, 2075 till Shrawan 06, 2075. Out of the total offering of 11 lakh units, 4% i.e. 44,000 units were allocated for the employees of the hydropower company and 5% i.e. 55,000 units were allocated for mutual funds. The remaining 10,01,000 units was being issued for the general public
