Pacific Development Bank’s 19th AGM on Mangsir 19, to endorse 24% bonus share

Pacific Development Bank Limited is going to hold its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 19, 2072. The annual general meeting will be held at Gateway Himalaya Resort, Besisahar, Lamjung at 2 PM.
The AGM is set to endorse 24 % bonus share from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year.
Other agendas of the meeting will be the financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor, approve 1.26% cash dividend for the tax purpose.
