Pacific Development Bank to distribute 24% bonus share certificates from Poush 21

Pacific Development Bank Limited (PADBL) has started  distributing 24% bonus share certificate to its shareholders from Poush 21, 2072. Pacific Development Bank’s 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Mangsir 19 had endorsed 24% bonus shares to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday at Global IME Capital Limited, Third Floor, Rastriya Naachghar, Jamal, Kathmandu. PADBL had earned a net profit of Rs 2.65 crore in the fourth quarter fiscal year 2071/72.
