Oriental Hotel’s AGM today; to endorse 20% stock dividend

Oriental Hotel Limited will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 14, 2072 (today). The AGM will be held at Staff College, Jawalakhel Lalitpur.
The AGM is set to endorse 20% bonus share and 1.05% cash dividend for tax purpose.
The other agendas of the AGM are the financial highlights of fiscal year 2071/72 and appointment of auditor.
