Oriental Hotel announces 20% bonus share

Oriental Hotel Ltd (OHL) has proposed to distribute 20 percent bonus share and 1.05 percent cash dividend for tax purpose. The BOD Meeting of the company held on Kartik 11 has proposed 20 percent bonus share and 1.05 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The decision is subject to approval from the hotel’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Earlier in the fiscal year 2070/71, Oriental Hotels had distributed 10 percent bonus share to their shareholders. As per unaudited report, OHL had earned net profit of Rs 19.85 crore in the fourth quarter of last fiscal year 2071/72.
