Face Unlock uses more than 100 unique identifiers to unlock the OnePlus 5 & One plus 3T, and it reads them using the phone’s standard front-facing camera. It’s for people who want to unlock their phones in an instant without fumbling around for the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The fastest time it clocked for the recognition scan was 0.07 seconds. Face Unlock on the OnePlus 5T, OnePlus 5 & OnePlus 3T is now one of the fastest available on the market.
