Om Dev. Bank trading resumes at Rs 273 from today

Om Development Bank Limited has resumed its trading in Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) from today (Jestha 16, 2073). It’s been 11 months since the trading of both banks have been halted due to the merger process. The trading of Om Development Bank has resumed after the successful merger with City Development Bank Limited. Both the Bank had commenced joint operation from Chaitra 22, 2072 Om Finance and City Development Bank had signed a memorandum of understanding with for merger on July 14, 2015. The bank has earned net profit of Rs 14.01 crore in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. Its paid up capital remains at Rs 1.052 arba.
