Nyadi Hydropower 10th & Sun Nepal Life Insurance 1st AGM today; Sun Nepal Life issuing IPO shares to the general public

Nyadi Hydropower Limited (NYADI) is convening its 10^thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) today (Falgun 4, 2074). The AGM is being held at Company registered office located at Buddhanagar, Baneshwor, Kathmandu at 4:00 PM. The main agendas of the AGM are to increase the paid up capital of the company and amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) accordingly. Other agendas of the AGM are major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of the auditor for the FY 2074/75. It had earned Rs 2.53 crore in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75. Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited is also convening its 1^st AGM today (Falgun 4, 2074). The AGM is to being held at Hotel Shangri-La, Lazimpat, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are as follows:

• To issue IPO shares to the general public.
• To conduct election of Board of Directors (BOD).
• To determine the salary of CEO and allowances of BOD.
• To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).

Other agendas of the AGM are major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of the auditor for the FY 2074/75. It had earned Rs 8.10 crore in the second quarter of the FY 2074/75.
