NRN Infrastructure to Sell Shares of Himalayan Power Partner Through Secondary Market

NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited (NRN) has decided to divest a portion of its shareholding in Himalayan Power Partner Limited (HPPL) by selling shares through the secondary market.

According to the company, the decision was made based on the recommendation of the Assets, Liabilities and Investment Advisory Subcommittee, which met on Magh 11, 2082. Following the subcommittee’s recommendation, the decision was formally approved during the 158th meeting of the Board of Directors held on Magh 12, 2082.

As per the board’s resolution, NRN Infrastructure will sell 856,960 units of ordinary shares of Himalayan Power Partner Limited that are currently under the company’s ownership. The shares will be sold through the secondary market in accordance with prevailing rules and regulations.

As of writing, NRN closed at Rs. 1,605.00, and HPPL closed at Rs. 485.00.
