NRN Infrastructure & Development Ltd. Invests in Varnabas Museum Hotel Limited

NRN Infrastructure & Development Limited (NRN) has officially informed the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) about its recent investment decision in the hospitality sector. As per the decision made in the 145th board meeting held on Ashadh 28, 2082, the company has entered into a share purchase agreement with Varnabas Museum Hotel Limited, a luxury heritage boutique hotel located in Shubarna Shamsher Marg, Kathmandu.

The agreement was finalized on Ashadh 29, 2082, at 3:30 PM, whereby NRN committed to acquiring 9.09% of the total issued capital, equating to 14.2% of the promoter shares of Varnabas Museum Hotel Ltd. The deal involves the purchase of 10,00,000 promoter shares at a rate of Rs. 125 per share, amounting to a total investment of Rs. 12.5 crore.

A key term of the agreement includes securing at least one seat on the Board of Directors of Varnabas Museum Hotel Limited for NRN’s representative, ensuring active involvement in the company's governance.

Varnabas Museum Hotel Limited is a registered hospitality venture (Registration No. 341571/081) engaged in operating a luxury heritage boutique hotel. This strategic investment reflects NRN's diversification approach and interest in Nepal’s growing tourism and hospitality industry.
