NRB to issue Treasury Bills worth Rs.10 Arba; bills with different maturity dates to be offered while 15% reserved for non-competitive bidders

Nepal Rastra Bank is auctioning Treasury Bills worth Rs.10.03 Arba on Chaitra 11, 2075 (March 25, 2019) i.e. today at 3 PM. The bills will be issued on Chaitra 12, 2075.

The Rastra Bank is issuing treasury bills with three different maturity periods i.e. 91 days, 182 days and 364 days. T-bills with 91 days maturity period are worth Rs.4.03 Arba, T-bills with 182 days maturity are worth Rs.4.30 Arba and T-bills with 364 days are worth Rs.2 Arba.

The maturity of these T-bills are on Asadh 10, 2076; Ashwin 07, 2076 and Chaitra 11, 2076 respectively.

Out of the total offered amount, 15% is reserved for non-competitive bidders. Interested bidders can place their bids through Online Bidding System (OBS) only.
