NRB hands over the management of NCC Bank back

Nepal Rastra Bank has transferred the management of Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank back to the commercial bank today (Poush 18) after its successful merger with four other development banks.
NRB had taken over the management of the commercial bank on Magh 21, 2070. After its merger with Infrastructure Development Bank, Apex Development Bank, Supreme Development Bank and International Development Bank, and the consequent joint transaction from Poush 17, 2073 acknowledged by NRB, the central bank has handed over the management back to the board of directors of NCC Bank as per the provision stated on the final merger agreement.
