NRB Governor, Zutt meet

KATHMANDU, MAY 20:

Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank Dr Yubaraj Khatiwada held talks with the newly appointed World Bank country director for Nepal CM Zutt. They discussed the economic situation of the country and the role that World Bank is playing in the development process through projects and programmes it has undertaken. Khatiwada highlighted the monetary policies of central bank and said that the financial sector has been able to cater to the people despite the political uncertainty the country is facing. Zutt said that the World Bank is always ready to invest in the country, especially in developing hydro projects.
