No Dividend To Kumari Bank For FY 2081/82

Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2081/82.
The Board Meeting of KBL held on 26th Kartik, 2082 has decided that the bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2081/82. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
The paid-up capital of the bank is 26.22 Arba. As of writing, KBL has an LTP of Rs. 181.90.
