No Dividend To Himalayan Bank Limited Shareholders For FY 2081/82

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2081/82.
The Board Meeting of HBL held on 7th Poush, 2082, has decided that the bank will not distribute any dividend for FY 2081/82. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank's upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The paid-up capital of the bank is 21.65 Arba. As of the time of writing, HBL has an LTP of Rs. 187.10.
