"NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II" Approved by SEBON; NMB Capital to Issue 12 crore Mutual Fund Units

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the "NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II" worth Rs 1.2 arba on Shrawan 05, 2079. This is a closed-end mutual fund scheme that will be floating 12 crore unit shares each at a par value of Rs 10 per share.

The Sponsor of the Fund is NMB Bank Limited (NMB), while the fund manager is NMB Capital Limited.

Currently, NMB Capital is managing two closed-end funds i.e NMB Hybrid Fund L- 1 (NMBHF1) and NMB 50 (NMB50), and one open-end fund i.e NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E (NMBSBF) in the market.
