NMB Microfinance (NMBMF) has registered a net profit growth of 71.18% in the second quarter of the current FY 2073/74.
According to the unaudited financial report published by the Microfinance today, its net profit has increased to Rs. 2.07 crore in second quarter, up from Rs. 1.21 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
NMBMF’s net interest income has risen to Rs 6.54 crore in Q2 as compared to Rs. 3.36 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal year.
As of Q2, it has a paid up capital of Rs 9.31 crore with a reserve of Rs 4.22 crore.
The Microfinance also collected deposits of Rs 27.92 crore in Q2, up from Rs 13.32 crore in the corresponding period last year. Likewise, it has extended loans and advances of Rs. 1.24 arba in Q2 whereas in the same period last year, the figure stood at Rs. 72.75 crore.
NMBMF’s annualized Earnings per Share (EPS) has dropped by 15.49% to Rs 44.47 per share. It had distributed 25% stock dividend for the year 2072/73, and issued 120% right share.
