NMB Laghubitta has convened its 8th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Sanjib Subba.
The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide 19% bonus shares worth Rs 8.61 crore and 1% cash dividend for taxation purposes worth Rs 45.36 lakh, as per the media statement.
