NMB Laghubitta convenes its 7th AGM; appoints two new BoDs from a public shareholder group

NMB Laghubitta has convened its 7th AGM on Asad 22, 2077 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Sajiv Subba. The AGM has endorsed the proposal to provide cash dividend worth Rs 25.52 lakh for tax purposes apart from the regular financial highlights and reports for the previous fiscal year.
The AGM also elected Mr. Jitendra Bahety and Ms. Sabita Sapkota as the new BoDs from the public shareholder group, as per the statement.
