NMB Capital reschedules its Annual General Meeting for October 17

NMB Capital Limited has rescheduled its fourth Annual General Meeting for October 17.
Publishing a notice today, the merchant banking wing of NMB Bank Limited has stated it had to defer the meeting initially slated for October 14 due to “special reasons”.
The AGM to be held at NMB Capital Limited’s conference hall, NMB Building, Babarmahal, Kathmandu is due to endorse 8.418 percent cash dividend to its shareholders for the last fiscal year 2070/71 besides endorsing the Financial Highlight of the last fiscal year and appointing the auditor for the current fiscal year.
