NMB Capital moves its office from Babarmahal to Naxal
NMB Capital Limited which was situated in NMB building at Babarmahal has now shifted to Naxal, Nagapokhari. NMB Capital will be situated on the same building where Prudential Finance was located earlier.
Some services provided by the capital has been halted for two days. The capital will not be providing some of the services on Kartik 10 and Kartik 11, 2072 as they will be shifting the office to Naxal from BabarMahal. After the shift, all the services will be provided from Naxal, Nagapokhari.
The services that has been halted are:
- To approve the signature of the shareholders
- Share certificate distribution work
- Cash dividend distribution work
