NMB Capital Limited (NMBCAP) Calls AGM on Kartik 18; Agenda to Endorse 100% Right Shares and 21.05263% Cash Dividend

NMB Capital Limited (NMBCAP) has called its 12th AGM going to be held on 18th Kartik, 2079. The meeting will be held in Aaranya Boutique, Hattisar, Kathmandu, starting at 4 pm that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 21.05263% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 119th meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 7 has decided to distribute 21.05263% cash dividend (including tax). There is also an agenda to endorse 1: 1 ratio right shares to the eligible shareholders from its paid-up capital of Rs. 20 crores.

Furthermore, the AGM will also discuss about increasing the company's authorized capital, issued capital and paid-up capital.
