NMB Bank’s joint operation from today; capital reaches 6.20 arba

NMB Bank Limited, Pathibhara Bikash Bank Limited, Bhrikuti Development Bank Limited, Prudential Finance Company Limited and Clean Energy Development Bank Limited will start joint operation from today under the name of NMB Bank Limited. These financial institutions had entered into a merger process a year ago and finally the merger process is completed. NMB Bank had a paid up capital of Rs 2 billion, while that of Prudential was Rs 483 million, Bhrikuti’s paid-up capital was Rs 423.78 million and Pathibhara had a paid-up capital of Rs 115 million also, Clean Energy had a paid-up capital of Rs 1.14 billion. After the merger NMB Bank has a capital of Rs 6.20 arba. Its deposit mobilization stands at Rs 54 arba  loan dispersion at Rs 41 arba. Now, the NMB bank will have a strong presence in eastern and western development regions. NMB Bank will be providing its services from 69 of its branches throughout Nepal.
