NMB Bank to float Rs 50 crore debenture; Good opportunity for Investors to diversify Investment

NMB Bank Limited has floated 5 lakh units of debenture yielding 7 percent interest rate with maturity of 7 year at a face value of Rs 1000 per unit from Magh 19.
Out of 5,00,000 units; 25,000 units have been set aside for the mutual funds and 3,75,000 units will be sold on private placement basis and remaining 1,00,000 units is set aside for general public.
The interested investors can apply for the debenture at the head office and all the branches of NMB Bank Limited, besides the office of its issue manager Laxmi Capital Market Limited at Pulchowk, Kathmandu.
The issue will close on Falgun 4, or by Magh 22 at the latest.
Seeing the current market interest rate and short term rate which is very low compared to rate offered by NMB Bank on its debenture is a very good rate where investors can diversify their investment on risk free asset investment.
