NMB Bank to convene its 23rd AGM on Poush 26 with 30% dividend on cards; Book closure from Poush 10 till Poush 26

NMB Bank Limited (NMB) will be convening its 23rd AGM on Poush 26, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali at 11:00 AM.
The main agendas of the meeting include
- To increase the issued capital of the bank to Rs 9.61 arba
- To endorse 10% bonus share worth Rs 87.43 crore for the shareholders
- To make amendments in the MoA and regulations and to provide authority to the BOD to make changes in future
Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76 and distribution of 20% cash dividend for the FY 2074/75.
For the purpose of the meeting the shareholders register book of the bank will remain closed from Poush 10, 2075 till Poush 26, 2075 i.e the shareholders holding the shares of the bank till Poush 09 can claim for 30% dividend.
