NMB Bank Limited distributing new share certificates from today

NMB Bank has published a notice stating NMB Bank will be distributing new share certificates to the shareholders of Clean Energy Development Bank Limited, Bhrikuti Development Bank Limited, Pathibhara Development Bank Limited and Prudential Finance Limited and the old share certificates of these financial institutions has been cancelled. Trading in the secondary market can only be done with the new share certificate. The company has published the list stating the distribution date as per the Company’s name and shareholders numbers. The new share certificate would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday from its RTS NMB Capital Limited, Nagapokhari, Kathmandu. The shareholders are also requested to submit original old share certificates of the merged companies at NMB Capital Limited while coming to collect a new share certificate of NMB Bank. NMB Bank Limited, Clean Energy Development Bank Limited, Bhrikuti Development Bank Limited, Pathibhara Development Bank Limited and Prudential Finance Limited institutions had entered into a merger process a year ago.
