NMB Bank launches home loan at 6.66% p.a. with repayment tenure of 25 years

NMB Bank has launched its Home Loan campaign with a low interest rate of 6.66% p.a.

The low interest rate coupled with the repayment tenure of 25 years and ease of processing makes it one of the most attractive Home Loan packages currently being offered by commercial banks.

The loan is available for land purchase, construction and purchase of apartments through all of the Bank’s 69 branches. The product is designed to help customers make their dream of owning a home a reality at the lowest interest rate available in the current market.

The commercial bank has financing facility up to 80% of the cost of building construction in the already purchased land, up to 66% of the Fair Market Value for the land and building in case of purchase /refinance of land and building /apartment and up to 60% of the Fair Market Value of the land for purchase/refinance of land.

 Repayment of the loan can be done through EMI or EQI.

Customers can benefit from the home loan service within 5 working days after receiving all the documents.
