NLG Insurance to distribute 20 % bonus share certificate from today

NLG Insurance Company Limited (NLG) is distributing 20 % bonus share certificate to its shareholders from today. NLG Insurance’s 10th AGM held on Poush 30, 2072 had endorsed 20 bonus share to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM on Friday at Civil Capital Market Limited, Kathmandu Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. Notes:

1. Shareholders have to bring photocopy of the original share certificate along with a photocopy of citizenship certificate.
2. Original share certificates and photocopy of citizenship card along with Letter of Authorization can be sent to the representative if the shareholders cannot collect the bonus share themselves.
3. Shareholders left to collect the bonus share certificates in the mentioned date will be distributed the bonus share certificate after Chaitra 30, 2072.
4. Shareholders outside valley can contact for the branch offices fo the company after Baisakh 2, 2073 to collect the bonus share certificate.
5. Bonus share will be directly transferred to the  respective Demat A/C of the shareholders who have Demat account.
