Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund auctioning promoter shares of RMDC Laghubitta and Grameen Bikas Laghubitta

Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund is auctioning its 2,632 units promoter shares of RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha and 3,194 units promoter share of Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.

The auction will start from 11th Bhadra and conclude on 14th Ashoj, 2077.

The minimum bid price of RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is Rs. 398.7 per share. Meanwhile, the minimum bid price of Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is Rs. 109.70. Bids can only be placed at or higher than the specified minimum rate.

Furthermore, 10% of the total monetary amount applied for should be deposited in the fund's bank account at Citizens Bank International.
