NIC Asia to issue 11% Debentures 2082-83; SEBON provides final approval

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue ‘11% NIC Asia Debentures 2082-83’.

SEBON had given its final approval for issuing the debentures on Bhadra 05, 2075.

The bank will issue 18,30,000 unit debentures of Rs 1,000 per unit.

As per the offer letter published by the bank, 80% of the issue worth Rs 1.46 arba will be issued to the private institutions while 20% worth Rs 36.60 crore will be issued to the general public.

The payment of the 11% interest will be made on a semi-annual basis and the debentures will be matured after 7 years.
