NIC Asia to distribute 39% bonus share certificate from tomorrow

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) will be distributing 39% bonus share certificate to its shareholders from 4^th Chaitra 2072 (tomorrow). NIC Asia 18th AGM held on Magh 10 had endorsed 39 percent bonus to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM on Friday at, Civil Capital Market Limited located at Kathmandu Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. The bank has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers. Notes:

1. Shareholders have to bring original or photocopy of share certificate along with citizenship certificate.
2. Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the bonus share themselves.
3. The signature in the letter of authorization must match the signature in the company’s record.
4. The shareholders who possess Demat account can get their shares directly on their demat account after listing in Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
