"NIC Asia Select-30 (Index Fund)" Now Listed in NEPSE

The units of the "NIC Asia Select-30 (Index Fund)" are now listed in NEPSE. The public issue of the "NIC Asia Select-30 (Index Fund)" was allotted to applicants on Ashar 20 at the premises of the issue manager. NIC Asia Capital Limited issued the "NIC Asia Select-30 (Index Fund)" from 10th Ashar to 14th Ashar, 2078.

The fund initially had a size of 10 crores units, each unit having a par value of Rs. 10. Since the issue was oversubscribed, the fund has been resized to 125% of its initial size, i.e. 25% more units have been added.

71,338 applicants had applied for a total of 14,54,23,170 units. Applicants who applied from 100 to 45,00,000 units have been allotted their exact applied number of units. Meanwhile, those who applied from 50,00,000 units to 1,00,00,000 units have been allotted 49,30,605 units.

The "NIC Asia Select-30 (Index Fund)" is a closed-end mutual fund with a maturity period of 7 years. ICRA Nepal has given it the AMC Quality3 (AMC3) rating which indicates “Adequate Assurance on Management Quality.” Similarly, CARE Nepal has given it the CARE-NP A(Is) rating signaling “Low Credit Risk.”
