NIC ASIA launches attractive HOME LOAN SCHEME with waivers on various charges

On the occasion of the upcoming festivals, NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) has launched an easy home loan scheme with an interest rate of 0.9 percent per month. Under the scheme, the customers will be able to get a decision within three days of forwarding the documents. Furthermore, no additional charges like loan processing, advance payment, collateral valuation, insurance and such except interest charges will be taken. “NIC ASIA is the only bank to launch such a customer friendly and best Home Loan Product,” the Bank said in a statement, “Moreover, the Loan has a maturity of 25 years and interest rates won’t be revised before 2 years.” The Bank has urged the customers to grab the opportunity as it will last for a limited time frame.
