NIC Asia Laghubitta (NICLBSL) Distributing 5.41% Cash Dividend to Bank Accounts

NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NICLBSL) has distributed a 5.41% cash dividend directly to the bank accounts of its shareholders.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashoj 18 decided to distribute a 5.41% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1,73,94,40,000, the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 9.41 crores.

The company has also urged its shareholders to dematerialize their shares. Furthermore, investors who have taken margin loans against the shares of the company are required to present a No Objection Letter or a Release Letter, depending on when they took the loan.
