NIC Asia Growth Fund NAV falls to Rs.11.15 in the month of Jestha; net profit falls to Rs.8.17 Crore

NIC Asia Growth Fund (NICGF), a closed-end 7 years mutual fund scheme managed by NIC Asia Capital Limited with NIC Asia Bank Limited as the fund sponsor, has published its monthly NAV report with fall to Rs 11.15 for the month of Jestha 2076. The NAV stood at Rs 11.35 in the previous month.

The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs 83.52 crore, has invested Rs 52.37 crore in the shares of listed companies and Rs 3.23 crore on non-listed companies. It has invested Rs 8.35 crore in fixed deposit schemes. This scheme has investment of Rs 2.94 crore in debenture and has Rs 26.98 crore as cash balance.

It has reported a net profit of Rs 8.17 crore till the month of Jestha which previously was Rs 9.84 crore net profit at the end of Baisakh.

Out of its total investment in listed shares, NICGF has the highest investment of Rs 2.34 crore in 72,200 unit shares of Nepal Bank Limited.
