NIC Asia Growth Fund and NIC Asia Balanced Fund Declare Dividend; Proposal to Operate Open-Ended Mutual Fund Scheme: NIC Asia Dynamic Debt Fund

The 75th meeting of the board of directors of NIC Asia Capital Limited held on Shrawan 26, 2077 has decided to distribute a 12% dividend for the unitholders of NIC Asia Growth Fund and an 8% dividend for the unitholders of NIC Asia Balanced Fund. This figure also includes the appropriate tax amount.

Thus, the total dividend of the NIC Asia Growth Fund amounts to Rs. 10,02,24,000 while the total dividend of the NIC Asia Balanced Fund amounts to Rs. 6,04,00,000.

As of Ashad end, 2077, the NAV of NIC Asia Growth Fund is Rs. 11.78 while the NAV of NIC Asia Balanced Fund is Rs. 11.08.

Meanwhile, NIC Asia Capital has also presented a proposal in SEBON to operate its first open-ended mutual fund scheme: the NIC Asia Dynamic Debt Fund.
