NIC ASIA Flexi Cap Fund to float 8.50 crore unit mutual funds in IPO; projects to provide 136% plus return within 7 years

NIC ASIA Flexi Cap Fund, the fourth closed-end mutual fund scheme under NIC ASIA Mutual Fund will be issuing its 8.50 crore unit mutual funds to the general public.

The IPO will be on offer from today (Jestha 19 to 24, 2079). This is the fourth mutual fund scheme to be managed by NIC ASIA Capital which has a closure timeline of seven years and which expects to invest in the stock market by categorizing the companies into small-cap, mid-cap and large-cap companies.

Interested applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 1 crore unit mutual fund within the stipulated time from all CASBA member banks, and the Meroshare platform. The fund manager has projected to provide more than 136% return within the seven years of the operation of this scheme, as per the media statement.
