NIC Asia Flexi Cap Fund approved by SEBON; NIC Asia Capital to issue 10 crore mutual fund units

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the "NIC Asia Flexi Cap Fund" worth Rs 1 arba on Baisakh 29, 2079. This is a close-end mutual fund scheme which will be floating 10 crore unit shares each at a par value of Rs 10 per share.
The trustee of the Fund is NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA), while the fund manager is NIC Asia capital.
Currently, NIC Asia Capital is managing three close-end funds i.e NIC Asia Growth Fund (NICGF), NIC ASIA Balanced Fund (NICBF) and NIC Asia Select-30 (NICSF) and one open-end fund i.e NIC Asia Dynamic Debt Fund (NADDF) in the market.
