NIC Asia Capital Limited Promoted "NIC ASIA Equity Opportunity Fund" to Issue 8 Crore Units Mutual Fund Scheme to General Public From Ashoj 07

NIC Asia Capital Limited has published an offer letter to issue the "NIC ASIA Equity Opportunity Fund" close-ended mutual fund scheme. The issue will open from the 7th Ashoj to 13th Ashoj, 2083. If not fully subscribed by the early closing date, the issue can be extended till Ashoj 21.
Out of 8 crore unit shares, 15%, i.e., 1,20,00,000 crores units worth Rs. 12 crores have been allocated to the scheme manager, NIC Asia Bank Limited. The remaining 6,80,00,000 crores units worth Rs 1.02 Arba will be issued to the general public and institutions.
"NIC ASIA Equity Opportunity Fund" is a closed-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1,00,00,000 units.
