NIC ASIA Capital concludes its 6th AGM; endorses 55% cash dividend becoming one of the leading merchant bankers

NIC ASIA Capital has concluded its 6^th AGM on Bhadra 8, 2079 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Kapil Dhakal thereby endorsing a 55% cash dividend worth Rs 11 crore.

The merchant banker had earned a net profit of Rs 12.08 crore during the previous fiscal year maintaining the EPS of Rs 60.29. the merchant banker currently has 6 lakh Demat account holders, 5 mutual fund schemes under its management and more than 500 investors subscribing to its PMS service, as per the media statement.
