NIC Asia Capital Announces 6th AGM; Proposal to Distribute 55% Cash Dividend

NIC Asia Capital Limited (NICACL) has announced its 6th AGM to be held on 8th Bhadra, 2079 (August 24, 2022).
The AGM will be held at the registered office of NIC Asia Capital Limited at 9 am in Thapathali, Kathmandu.
Among other proposals, the proposal to distribute 55% of paid-up capital as a cash dividend will be discussed and approved. This amounts to Rs. 11 crores of total cash dividend including tax.
