NIC ASIA Bank signs agreement with WorldRemit and Orbit Remit; Nepalese around 50 countries can now deposit remittance amount to any bank accounts in Nepal from their home

NIC ASIA Bank has partnered with WorldRemit and Orbit Remit so that Nepalese in 50 nations can deposit their remittance amount directly into the NIC ASIA Bank accounts or to accounts in any other banks in Nepal from their home. The bank has launched this service with an aim to enable Nepalese to avoid moving around the remittance companies to disburse their remittance amount during the ongoing threat of Coronavirus.

For World Remit, customers can log in to https://www.worldremit.com/en/Nepal  where new customers can disburse their first three remittance without any charge.

For Orbit Remit, customers can log into https://www.orbitremit.com/nepal where customers can disburse their first remittance amount without any charge.

The bank currently provides its services to its strong customer base from its 319 branches, 461 ATM terminals, 108 extension counters and 61 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
