NIC ASIA Bank proposes bumper bonus for its shareholders; supplements doubt of previous year with handsome dividend this time

NIC ASIA Bank, through its 629th board meeting held on Bhadra 28, 2080, has proposed 29% bonus shares and 1.5% cash dividend for its shareholders from the profit it had earned during the previous fiscal year.
The dividend totals amount to Rs 3.53 arba which will be provided to the shareholders after getting endorsed by the Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming 26th AGM of the bank, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 360 branches, 608 ATM outlets, 109 extension counters and 61 branchless banking units across the nation.
