NIC Asia Bank Promoted "NIC ASIA Equity Linked Investment Scheme" to Issue 5 Crore Units Mutual Fund Scheme to General Public From Shrawan 29

NIC Asia Capital Limited has published an offer letter to issue the "NIC ASIA Equity Linked Investment Scheme," an open-ended mutual fund scheme. The issue will open from the 29th Shrawan to the 2nd Bhadra, 2082. If not subscribed to fully by the early closing date, the issue can be extended till Bhadra 12.
Out of 10 crore unit shares, 15%, i.e., 1.50 crore units worth Rs. 15 crore, have been allocated to the scheme manager, NIC Asia Bank Limited. Out of 8,50,00,000 units, the remaining 5,00,00,000 units worth Rs 50 Crore will be issued to the general public and institutions.
"NIC ASIA Equity Linked Investment Scheme" is an open-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1,00,00,000 units.
